Prepaid
Top up credit (from 10 €, or 25 € with PayPal and Klarna) and spend it as you use services. Prepaid credit does not expire. Suitable for personal and occasional use.
Pricing
Two options, one balance: top up prepaid credit or take out a subscription whose monthly payment is added to your balance. All services charge for usage against this balance — there is no minimum spend.
All figures on this page are indicative during the pilot phase. The binding price list is in the application under Billing; the application also shows a cost estimate before larger operations. All prices include 19 % VAT.
Prepaid or subscription
SME subscription
A fixed monthly payment by SEPA direct debit, credited to your balance in full. The subscription amount also acts as the budget cap; you decide whether usage beyond it continues against prepaid credit or stops. Unused subscription credit expires at the end of the billing month.
The three SME plans
The subscription is for businesses and the self-employed; private individuals top up credit. All plans include every platform service — Chat, Workflows, Research, Documents, Klangskript (transcription and translation), Own instance, Terminal, Notebook, Postvogt (email triage), Matrix bot, Calendar and Deadline Watch. The difference is the monthly usage budget.

24.37 € net / month (29 € gross)
For freelancers and microbusinesses.
Example: Postvogt keeps your mailbox organized (two runs a day, about 7 € per month), plus around 6 hours of meeting or interview transcription, regular chat use and document anonymization.
KMU M
66.39 € net / month (79 € gross)
For small teams.
Example: Postvogt for two to three mailboxes (about 15–20 € per month), around 15 hours of transcription, regular chat use for about five employees, document import and anonymization.
KMU L
167.23 € net / month (199 € gross)
For teams with high usage.
Example: Postvogt for several mailboxes, around 20 hours of live translation or a corresponding volume of transcription, Chat and Documents for the whole team.
Professionals bound by secrecy (§ 203 StGB)
A separate processing route has been designed for lawyers, tax advisers and other professionals bound by secrecy: dedicated sessions in a German data center (IONOS), a data processing agreement with a § 203 clause, and a base fee plus usage charges. It is not yet operating, and until then we cannot serve accounts subject to statutory confidentiality. If you need this route, write to us — we will let you know as soon as it is ready.

Usage is billed against your balance. Indicative figures:

Example costs
Approximate costs for everyday work:
- Transcribe a one-hour interview: around 2 €.
- Live conversation translation: around 2 € per session hour; startup is included in billed runtime.
- One month of Postvogt for one mailbox: around 3–14 €, depending on frequency.
- One month of frequent chat use with the standard models: around 2–3 €.
- Anonymize a document: currently included.
- One working day of programming with a coding tool using the standard model: around 2 to 5 €.
- With 25 € of prepaid credit: one month of Postvogt (two runs a day) plus around 6 hours of transcription — or around 12 hours of transcription.
At launch
The platform is expected to launch in mid-November 2026. Before that, we have our contracts and data protection reviewed by a lawyer and grant no new access. Email us and we will get back to you once, when we launch.
